Fuel Cut Off at 7.000RPM in 1st gear??
Is that supposed to be so, safety feature for the engine?? Or is it the speed limiter???

yeah it happens, its the rev limiter. i've done that once i though i was in 2nd about to pass a car out on left, and then i get over in otehr lane floor the pedal, and went t no wear, jkust heard load in take and car coming headon..lol

Your seeing 7000rpm on the tach, but its more like 6700rpm. Just dont make a habbit of bouncing off the limiter. Ive only done it once when my throttle got stuck, fun times...
Only time you should take it that high is with JWT/MEVI, then it would be sweet bliss...

Its not gonna kill a VQ... Not good for it, but every once and a while a run upto redline won't hurt. My 95 maxima i beat the **** outa. It saw the rev limiter about 10 times a day. Never had any engine mechanic problems at all.
