MTEC's with upgraded harness are pretty good. I don't have them personally, but my buddy has some and they're whiter than my Silverstars. One complaint though, nighttime and rain visibility is horrible.

I've got them for my headlights and foglights. Nice and white with a bluish tinge- all the bulbs match in light quality too. Nearly HID-like but I wish they were brighter at night. I think it has more to do with the blue tinge and/or our headlight assemblies. I think I'm so used to the standard yellow-tinge that my eyes haven't adapted yet. I give it a 7 out of 10.

Yep, I upgraded to a heavy duty harness. My headlight bulbs are 100/80W.
