does anyone know? it does not do it to often, but when it does it is pretty bad, and sometimes the engine light comes on. thanks for the input.

Bad coil back, clogged injector maybe... Just check the CEL next time it comes on to see which cylinder it's happening in then move the coil pack around...see if the problem follows it...

 

also could be crappy spark plugs, check hte codes and report back to us

 

it has not thrown any codes in a while, but it still mis-fires... i do not want to go though a lot of money to not fix the problem... and it is getting increasingly cold outside, so the weather is working against me. i just wish i knew the problem and could fix the darn thing. grrr...

try to check the codes anyways, they mught have been stored


when was the last time you did a tune up?
