My last mod until Spring '04....**PICS**

This will be my last mod until sometime in the spring '04. I need every penny i can save for my Cancun trip!

enjoy...

If your wondering thats the new Alpine CDA-9807, nothing fancy but does match my full blue LED and aluminum interior scheme perfectly. And of course the infamous Microvision screen from Redmax.

In my switch panel starting left to right i have switches for:
1) 60watt x4 Whelen strobe kit
2) Flash pattern changer button
3) TV power
4) DVD Power
5) Taillight flashers

lil night action shot to show how well the Alpine matches up to the rest of my interior lighting at night.

I have to give a HUGE shout out to my boy Tony (Araffio)for helping with all the Blue LED's that were swapped out!

looking good couple things though...may I suggest sliding the screen down slightly? I know the remote sensor is there. If you can get it on the edge of not seeing it, but still hit it with the remote it looks a little more central to the dash. Also, I love how you and Tony have your switches set up in the ashtray. Is there anyway one of you can give me a write-up of what you used and how you made it with that curved plate? I seriously want to do that.

once again...

i saw tony's in person and it looked sweet. I saw it on another car and it didn't look as good. I guess it has to do with what else is going on in the interior.

IMO, its a big empty part of the dash, but it looks good especially with the dash kit there. the maxima breaks it up, and kinda clutters just that one part of the dash. by the time they are in your car....they know its maxima

yeah looks sweet, how did you get the Levoc shifter to sit so low? mine seems to sit like 2 inch higher than yours does, and when i tried to put mine lower it pressed the shift button down so that it was a "free" shift between all gears.

Gotta cut down the stock shift rod and cut down the smaller rod that's inside that so the button still works the same. Ex. If you cut the stock rod down 2", cut the inner rod down 2" as well, keep the same proportion.
