i have a 98SE an tonight i was on my way home, an decided to give the max a run since i havnt took it past 55 in a while... Well I got it up to about 115, then gamed on the breaks pritty hard to turn into my street, well when i got out of my car, i heard this noise coming from a black box behind the driver side back wheel, what is that box? an what does it do?

probably the box that tells you not to slam on your brakes doing 115mph. =p

it wasnt a really loud sound, but just enough..... at first i thought it would be the anti lock break thingy, but i dont have ABS on my car.....or atleast i dont think i do...
