Instant Message "JDawgX38" if you're looking for cheap tan ones that are in great shape. His name is Justin. Tell him I sent you.

What does he mean yards of high quality leather? What does he work at a tannery? Understand that most meddlemen, I mean middleman just look for a markup for handling something. I was at a "going out of business after 53 years" sale yesterday. I was like, say what, that sofa is clearance marked at $4500? Marked down from $7500? Then my buddy who bought there last weekend said offer them 1/2, they'll take it. It's not easy for me to even know it's worth 2250--that's the game. Even with the web, it is difficult to comparison shop furniture. Feels like high quality, but I've never heard of this furniture co. in WI. Nothing is cheap in life, everybody is looking to take their cut. If you really think it's a good deal, then buy it. TAke it to an upholsterer and negotiate--you want to do it for 1/2 or less of the aftermarket rip-off prices. Good luck. Remember, there is almost no leather in a Nissan factory leather, it's mostly vinyl which is not soft but durable. Make sure the stuff you get is gonna stand up to wear and tear in a car.

Your next step is to find a good sweatshop seamstress to sew the seats using the cloth seats as a template.

If you research it a little you'll understand why automanufacturers say leather seating surfaces. Some make more of the part you actually sit on leather than others. For the most part it's either the inserts in the center of the seat, or the full top and front surface. It depends on the manufactureer and usually will coincide with price of the car.

Go to Car-Part.com and follow the search instructions. They usually have plenty of seats cheaper than $500

My $.02 worth would tell you to buy Katskin leather seat replacements. We are a dealer of theres, and they have every color, design (gator, leopard, snake, yada yada yada), and grade of leather available. Also with a seat slip on you can have whatever you want embroidered into the top of the seat (below the headrest)... They are like $700 but amazing!! I visited their booth at Sema a couple weeks ago in Vegas, and they have the best 'pimp' seat available. Want more info check out www.katskin.com I believe or email me at tntmstr@aol.com and I will send you more info and literature in the mail.....
