I don't want to go to the local dealer since they're incredibly expensive. Would Courtesy carry this? I have the grey/green interior, but I want to swap my carpet out to black because I'm getting metal floormats put in and I don't think that the factory green/grey goes well with chrome. And roughly how much is it? Thanks.

If you want OE carpet, you'll have to get it from a dealer... Probably not cheap. I've got a link at home to some company that makes quality replacement carpet, if I don't post it tonight remind me... You can compare price at least. Or you could try to find a freshly wrecked maxima on the way to the junkyard

I would say try a junkyard

it'll be a hassle pulling it out of the car takeing the seats and console out but might save money that way.

Thanks. But it says only up to '95, I know that essentially the '97 and '95 are the same, but I'm wondering if there are any differences. And tunedup, the metal floormats are basically replacing the floormats with custom cut metal pieces. I'm sponsored by Perfect Image Creations so we're going to use my car to prototype the kit. Basically they measure my floormats and cut metal (the chrome stuff that you see used for pickup truck boxes) to fit.

That is the kind of metal I'm putting in. It has the raised cross pattern on it. No worrying about staining or wear and it looks cool. There are pics of it at http://www.perfectimagecreations.com
