I was interested in placing a Rear Wing Spoiler on my 1996 Nissan Maxima GLE could someone tell me the price range I will be looking at, and would it be best to get this piece from the dealer or from one of these replica places on the NET. Currently my Nissan dealer told me that Im looking to spend roughly 385$ for the whole deal part and labor.

You could get them on EBAY >>>>
for alot cheaper, I have seen them go for less than $100 painted, but the problem is they may be the wrong color for your car, so you may have to get the wing painted. That will cost about $100, installation should be pretty easy, and you may want to try it yourself, if not I would estimate another $100 to have someone else do it for you. So you can spend roughly $300 if you buy it on EBAY and need to get it painted and have someone install it for you, or you can spend less than $100 and get one on EBAY already painted the same color as your car and install it yourself. If you are worried about the quality of the wings, I have heard that alot of the aftermarket wings are just as good as the factory wings. Good Luck !!!!!!!!

Definetly get an aftermarket replica wing, as they are better in design. They are also cheaper. I bought mine from Chebosto for $75 and had it painted and installed for a mere $140. Much better than the $700 that the dealer wanted.

Spoiler on Ebay
I bought my spoiler for my 96 maxima off of Ebay for $79 plus shipping for a total of about $100. I got it painted and installed at a local dealer for about $100. Whole thing cost me about $200 total. Much less than retail at the dealer. I am very happy with the unit. It actually comes from http://spoilers4less.com/maximalighted.html but they post them on Ebay all the time for varying prices. The lowest I have seen is $79.
