I set off my car alarm somehow while trying to diagnose the ecu. I bought the car without the key fob b/c the idiot lost it, and it wasnt armed. of course the battery died from sitting there for a while and the door lights drained it since the door wasnt closed fully the other day. anyway, anyone know how to disable the alarm or know if it will reset itself, so i can drive it again. or do i have to wait until my key fob I bought from ebay to come, program it (if it allows me, even with the alarm going off....i disconnected the horns already); or go to the dealer to get my key programmed? will they reprogram your key without the car, if you bring your title? i hope they could program the transmitter or i can do it, else i'll have to tow the sucker in to the dealership to program it. that is gonna suck. info please.
