Exhaust Question

Ok... my warpspeed y-pipe (stainless, tig welded, mandrel bent) just came for my maxima yesterday. So I went to see about installing it and see that my converter has rusted the bolts on both sides and both flanges. So now I am almost forced to pretty much replace the entire exhaust system. I will be purchasing a high-flow cat from warpspeed but am curious as to which cat-back setup I should get. I have been reading alot about this and see that the greddy setup seems to produce the most HP but I've also read that the entire exhaust system is as good as the smallest (inside diameter) piping. So does anyone have any suggestions as to what I should do here...what cat-back setup should I choose?

I have a 95 GXE 5 Spd (black)
