Trip Odometer

A couple of days ago I filled the gas tank for the first time on my new (used) 95 Maxima and when I did so I zeroed the trip odometer.

Since then, neither the trip odometer or the main odometer has moved even 1/10 of a mile.

Any ideas why? Is this a known issue? Can I fix it myself without ripping apart the dashboard?

I had that happen once to me. I just kept on pressing the trip button till it finally moved. Come to think of it, that happen on my old dotson/nissan pick-up as well. I guess it's a nissan thing

I had a problem like this when I installed one of my 3 dash pieces. The trip button was stuck on the side of my chrome gauge bezel.

Can you push trip button again? or is it stuck?
