Its like something is leaking from the gasket?? like right under the screws I see black oil stains basically I am wondering if it is a problem if I drive like this and what may have caused the problem?

Are you sure it isn't the gasket itself? IIRC there are black tabs that stick out.

Oil wouldn't be coming out of the headers, or you've got a big problem. Check that the valve cover isn't leaking. I had a valve cover leak, and the oil would make its way down to the headers and start smoking...at first glance it would look like something was leaking from the headers, but that obviously wasn't the case.

Well when i looked at it I thought that the gasket inside the headers might of rip or something and its causing some oil to come out not alot i dont see any spills its just very little stains..

I've had a headgasket leak on different cars, the leakage can get pretty bad, eventually covering large areas of the engine bay

33.99 each from carparts.com

there's both a left and a right, but you must find the source of the leak before you start buying stuff
