Ignition Coil

First off, the computer at the shop won't talk with the car computer, but a freind who has the same car as me said it could be the ignition coil. When we manually checked the computer (car) it gave us a code which meant the ignition coil and 4th cylinder is shot. The problem is that after we switched sensors, the problem still apprears to be there. People are saying it might be the o2 sensor. Does anyone have any experience/knowledge of this??

Did the CEL throw out a Cyl # 4 misfire? More info would help. . .
