Are miles registering on your main odometer? I had the same problem on my Civic and it turned out that the whole assembly behind the cluster had to be replaced...they wanted 500 PLUS LABOR!!! It was cheaper for me to buy a complete new cluster on ebay for like 85 bucks...Have you tried pressing the reset button in hard a few times. Something might be stuck?

My trip odometer gets stuck at zero a lot, but a good hard press gets it working again.

Hey check this out. This may be a good replacement cluster. Its from a 97 and has the digital odometer http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...tem=2445546743

I dont know if it can be made to work in a 95 but I am sure someone here knows.

Is this a reconstructed title car?

It seems you are having an abnormal excessive amount of trouble with it .
Just saying this cause we have a 95 that my wife drives with 139 k on it, and she drives like a nut,the car hasnt had any major repairs in 45k miles!

I have a 96 with 136k on it and it drives great,,only major repairs were the struts.

I was going to ask that same question. I just got my Max but I have the maintanance record from the day the car was bought and it has been well maintained. No problems yet...at least from the info that I have. Anyone know if he can use the 98-99 digital odometer in his 95? Can it be wired to work?

Dont know about the odometer....I bought both of our maxima's from older previous owners who maintained and kept real maintenance records, thats why I mentioned about a reconstructed title...
