Weapon-R coilovers any good?

With the weather in pittsburgh, and our hills and crappy roads, I've come to the conclusion that i need coilovers.... i found weapon-r's for 227 http://www.rswerks.com/store/agora.c...&ppinc=search2 shipped(they are duel), but i was wondering if Ground controls would be better for another 100 or so?

thanks

If you only have crappy roads around, I would not suggest coilovers... maybe real coilovers like jic, but i dont have any experience with those. I have ground control, and they are great on smooth roads. There are some horrible roads here in rhode island though, and then it just sucks... also just curious, how did those reasons make you believe you need coilovers? what are you looking for? smooth ride? big drop?

Yeah, I hear you man, I'm from pittsburgh and I'm kinda worried about dropping mine, I'm gonna have to be careful with the crappy penndot roads. Sadly, I'm lacking the funds for coilovers (it'll be hard enough just for the money for rims and a drop) BTW, were you down by the waterfront tonight? I saw a black 4th gen on rims that looked sweet, and modified maxes aren't too common around here

Flavor247: Springs don't make the car bouncy, bad shocks make the car bouncy. Any spring with a bad shock will bounce all over the place.
