Dead Battery

I have a 96SE 5sp with 115k mi. I recently stopped driving it and let it set up for about 2mo. When I went to start it the battery was dead. I charged the battery and drove it for about 30 mins and it performed as usual. I let it set overnight and the battery was dead again. Purchased a new battery and installed and ran it for about 30mins. Let it set over night. same thing next morning. Installed rebuilt alternator yesterday and ran it for 30 mins and checked everything I could[SIZE=2] think of . Dead battery this am. Any ideas???

Before you replace anything more, test and verify that the alternator is working properly. With the engine in idle, check the voltage of the battery, it should read 14 to 14.2 volts. If it reads below 13 volts, you have a bad alternator.
