Fogs

I don't know if I should get OEM fogs or get some kind of aftermarket fogs but I don't know which ones look good on our cars so if anyone has any pics or suggestions....I would appreciate it. Thanks.

Mike

get oem and re-wire 'em to work with the acc so u dont need any other lights on to have the fogs on just the key in the acc position

me too. Nissan was going to charge me $180.00 for one fog light. Is this right or are they trying to rip me off?

Aftermarket...

Aftermarket for me.....

I just bought some angel eye fogs, and they're SWEET. I ditched the relays and wiring that they gave me, and custom wired them. I can have the fogs on or off when the driving lights are on or off, and vice versa with the main headlights. And when the fogs are off, the angel eye ring is on. It's sweet.

ah yes, the new ones. they're pretty cool. You got some pics? In geneal for a high quality and good fit, OEM is the way to go. they look pretty nice too

Goalie we needs pics!

I would have to vote for OEM though, although aftermarkets may look cool at night, many aftermarket fogs look cheap in the day while the OEM looks very tasteful in the way the shape matches the shape of the spot they go in.

Just white.

The relay and wiring that came with the fogs is crap, so I just wired everything myself with my own 16 gauge wiring, and my own switch. I'll try to get some better pics up sooner or later.

I voted Oem, but you didn't specify what kind of aftermarket. some are very cheesy looking (and that would be why they are only $30) I like the look of the angel eyes alone, but does anyone have pics of them on car? I would gladly buy OEM but there so flipin expensive. I looked for a while, and Ive found them for about $100 used (lights only)

i got these driving lights from wal-mart for about $40. they fit really nice into the top slot in the bumper in 95-96 max'es. they are the remote series which i like because i didn't have to run any wires... but the remote unit breaks every 3 months (wal-mart, what should i have expected). i just get a new set and then return them with the broken control unit every time
i am about ready to wire them my own way cause i'm sick of the runaround at the customer service department at wal-mart which i have to go through every time it breaks... anyone got ideas on how i should wire them... the lights themselve look and work great!
