autostart a/c heater

well it just got cold here in sunny south florida, so i was planning on using my remote start to warm up the car for a lil while before i got in. But for some reason nothing but cool air comes out. I have fan set to 4, recirculation on, a/c on, and the slider all the way to the right to heat. What am I doing wrong??

I have a 95 max gxe

ya but if the a/c button was off wouldn't that neccesarily mean that only thing on would be the fan? so technically the fan would just be blasting at speed 4 but not neccessarily hot air.

i dont know ill try it out neways lol .....any other input guys??

Look at what you said in your post - have fan set to 4, recirculation on, a/c on, and the slider all the way to the right to heat. What am I doing wrong?? You said AC ON?!
