Paint flaking on front bumber

I thought it was just some road wear and tear marks from rocks or something and then I noticed a LOT larger flake in another spot on the bumper and have been seeing this more lately. Is it a paint defect and is it covered by warranty??? I have bumper to bumper till 63k. I will try to get pics this weekend after I get a chance to wash the car good, we got some snow here yesterday and the car is dirty as can be, and Im waiting till its ALL GONE till I begin to wash it.

yea, thats what mine is doing. front and rear bumper are doing it, but in different ways. my front bumper got under sprayed and flakes easily. the rear bumper was over sprayed, so when someone tapped my bumper, the paint cracked. I believe the paint issues ARE covered under warantee, mine were resprayed by nissan already (although they did them wrong) so i think so.
