Trust me, I searched already and found nothing on this topic. Is it me or does everyone else's needles have different colors, usually red, orange or sometimes even blue? What is the stock colors? I have a 97 GLE and the black gauges have clear needles, where I've seen other colors in pics (not only red on white, but red on black or whatever color on black). I'm asking because, if I think of getting white overlay gauges, wouldn't it be a little difficult to see the clear needles? Are you guys painting them? or what? Any responses will be helpful. Thanks in advance.

All I know is mine are white stock.

If you want them to be a color, all you have to do is get a marker that will wash away with water and color it. That way, the needle will be translucent.

well, the gxe's /gle's came with clear needles on black gauges. se's came with orange on white. maybe some people got a orange on the black who knows. but, just use a sharpie (i used blue) on the clear needles. looks awesome over my white overlays!

Import Intelligence doesn't sell different color gauges. The ones in their pictures are colored with magic marker.

Yea, I got it cuz I wanted tint that would match the chrome accents of the car, not the usual smoke on a black car look, but yea, I'm truly happy with it.
