Foglights

I know this q has probably been asked numerous times; search's disabled for the lesser folk. Are the 95-96 foglights interchangeable with the 97-99?

Correct me if I'm wrong...but no, only because of the bumper. Am I right?

They dont fit in the bumper, plastic vs glass, they different SHAPE, many factors. There was a front end change from 96-97
