I have my whole dash out because i had to get my bose HU repaired and i decided to install a shock sensor while im at it too. i want some good instructions on how to install a shock sensor, the one on VQPOWER.COM totaly sucks and it makes absolutly no sence what so ever. its very hard to follow and i have no clue what he is talking about. does anyone have better instructions?

any help is greatly apreciated.

The vqpower write up makes sense, I did it.
You just need to understand the concept.

What I did:
bought a shock sensor (had three wires, one wire was a warning signal that is not used)

Located the black box behind the center dash, under the stereo (was not labeled BCM or anything)

Splice the two shock sensor wires into the respective black box wires as vqpower instructs.

Mount the sensor on top of the box and tape the wires up

Lock your doors, wait a minute, bang your window, and adjust the (pot) on the sensor if needed.
