It is easy. Front seats have four bolts each, two in the front two in the rear. Rear seat lower cushion has two clips, each clip is about a foot from the door. Pull on clip then lift up on seat. Upper rear seat has four bolts one in each corner. Haynes breaks it down fairly well.

If I change my seats to leather seats, there will be no way to adjust it right? Can I add something to it to give it power?

Should be easy. The controls for the seats are on the seats themselves so it should be a matter of supplying a constant supply of 12 volts. I just checked the wiring on my power seats, there are four wires. Two for the seat belt indicator, two for the power seats.

top ones have the two bolts at the bottum, two bolts behind the armrest. and have 4 or so clips at the top so you basically just lift it up and out once the bottum bolts are off....hope that helps and goodluck.
