I am terribly curious- What does a MEVI cost? How much technical expertise would it take to install? Any guesses how much would it cost for a pro to install? And where would I get one???? If I am gonna get an JWT ECU do they need to program it according to the fact that I am gonna get a MEVI?

Basically, whats the deal with the MEVI and do I need to get it before the ECU for the max gain?
