I might be getting my hands on some 95-96 all clears really soon, I was wondering if anyone had step by step instructions on how to create the David L red/clear and what I would need for exact paint color etc. Thanks so much for your help.

 

I think he used a taillight spray made by "vans"

i think candy apple red transparent spray paint would work. Just put on a good 3 coats and clear coat it, then wax it. Should come out nice and clean. And where are people getting these all clears from? kurtocbain on the org found some a couple of months ago too.
