Is the keyring light always suppose to be on? Because it's not for me.

Is this the right bulb? Also, is the current bulb green colored, or is the actual ring green?

The bulb is white with this cheap rubber "condom" thingie over it to make it green. The ring itself is clear so I wanna make it deep blue.

VERY easy, just remove the 6 screws on the bottem of the steering column and when you pull it apart there is a round piece of plastic that surrounds the ignition switch. Pop that off and simply slide the "light ring" off the ignition switch and twist the light socket to access the bulb.

i only need to remove the closest screw under the steering colum and that gives me enough room to pop off the plastic piece around the ignition. i can pull all the rest out no problem.

Blue LED all the way!!!

Glue Tin-Foil to the "frame" that holds the bulb and around the bulb it makes it shine through better.

My Blue LED shines bright all the way around, the picture doesn't show it well

Cool beans...I thought about going blue but since I have done my gauges, door lights, map light, and dome light all Hyper white I figured I would go that way with the ring too...
