ebrake light is constantly on

I drive a 98 5sp with ~60K miles on it and have noticed lately that the ebrake light is always on. At first it was flickering on and off, but now it is always lit. Is there an easy fix I should look for?

thats funny because i also have a 98 5spd, and was just having the same problem.

fill your fluid.
