Headliner Help

Headliner Help
Okay guys, since search isn't available to all of us, I was wondering if anyone here knows how to remove the headliner. I hear something loose bouncing around everytime I go over bumps around where the sunroof buttons are. Any help would be greatly appreciated. BTW, my max is a 98.
