I own a 98 with heated leather seats that don't heat. The switches do not light up. Under the seat I see two connectors, one is grey and has a plug connected to it. The other is bigger and is white that does not have a plug connected to it. What's the bigger connector for? Is this missing plug my problem? I checked the fuse and it's good.
