I put Naxos H3's in my 97 SE and they blew out in less than 3 months. I hardly ever used them either, and the regular wattage bulbs don't produce a much brighter light. I'd think about putting something else in. They ran me about 30 bucks for the pair.

What would other lighting options be?

A lot of people on this board say the Philips Blue Vision bulbs are good. The quality is great and the price is even better... you can pick them up at your local K-Mart. I've seen them ranging anywhere from $15 - $25 for a pair. These would be for headlamps. I'm not sure if the H3 fog lights are any good though - I'm waiting for my current bulbs to go before I go out and buy something new.

I have Naxos HID Blue bulbs in mine. They are great. They are twice as bright as stock headlights, and are very blue. People flash their high beams at me all the time trying to get me to turn my brightness down. I have PIAA Plasma H3's for the fogs. I've had mine for about 7 months and they are as bright as the day that I bought them. As for the person that said his bulbs burnt out in 3 months, i never saw anything like that, mabey they make ****ty H3 bulbs!?! But the 9004's are fine. You can get them off of ebay for like 35 bucks a set.

Maybe you need to re-aim your headlights boss...
