I just had my alternator covered under the '98 maxima recall. Is there a chance that they may have replaced with a key value part? From what just about everyone has said about the key value nissan parts, It seems like it is junk. If they did, I may have them swap it with an oem one due to the fact that they should give me a true oem part.

 

The only key value parts are brakes and clutches.
