Question about Tranny Flush?
Hey guys, I seemed to have noticed a new problem. When Its real cold outside and if I start up my car, wait a few minutes, and take off I noticed that when I slow up something dont seem right. I notice the car starts to shake a bit and then it finally stops. It only seems to do this when its real cold outside. My neighbor that is a Mechanic said I should have the Transmission Flush. My car is a 98 with almost 75K miles on it. He said that should fix the problem. Anyone else had this done? Is it expensive? And does it improve anything?
Thanks guys

Tranny flushes can never hurt...take it from me...who neglected to do it after purchasing the car (w/20k miles, and it hadn't been done at all before, so it was well due), which then cost the Torque Converter, and subsequently, the whole transmission's life...It'll always make your car move quicker, smoother, slicker...whatever you want to call it, it's a very good thing to do..

Thanks buddy, I apprecaite the feedback. Im gonna call the nissan dealership and ask them how much. What Im mainly concerned about is asking them that, having them do it, and then them tryna give me seom crap about maybe something else being wrong and them tryna get me to pay them to fix it. I hate when they try and pull that. lol
