Question about y-pipe screws

I recently replaced the missing screw on my y-pipe. Without it, there was some serious ricey loud noise coming from my the front end of my car and people would freak out by the noise. Well I put on the missing screw but I noticed that it was a DEALER ITEM, 3/4 fine thread heat resistant screw. I bought three but only replaced one. Why beacuse the mechanic said only one needed to be on and the other two could be used later.....translation, He was too freaking lazy! None-the-less, the screws that come with the Warpspeeed Y-pipe don't seem close to the same type of screw.
Oh yeah there is a rattling coming from under my car, inside it comes from right around the shift ***/ shift stick and cup holder area. I dunno could the pipe be lose due to old screws?
Should I change the other 5 screws on the y-pipe to the heat resistant ones? I don't think it'll hurt the car and it may get rid of that rattling...

Whatcha y'all think???

If you have them you might as well, otherwise they'll just be collecting dust. They are BOLTS not screws. The rattling might be a heat shield or something.
