My license plate mount of my 95 SE is crumbling and looks disgusting. I got two questions:

1. Where can i purchase a replacement
2. Can I hang the license plate in a frame wihtout the mount and right onto the bumper?

mine use to hang off my bumper with zip ties but it looked like crap so i jsut ripped it off and threw it in the trunk :P

i just screwed the darn thing right under the bumper , had the bend the plate to fit thou...
cracked paint and few scratches - it looks great

if ur from brooklyn or as me from jersey word to the wise... dont take it off, dont throw in trunk, dont place in front window... an of these will land u in my current situation.. 44 tickt. not much, but its annoying. after first being pulled over for it.. i got pulled over every day until i placed it back in front of the car.. that was over a course of 5 days..

dont waste your time on the bumper, stick the plate on the windshield with 4 tiny suction cups that you buy at target.

in ct you can still get a fat ticket for it. Depend on how cops are were you live but id just took a deep breath and put the palte on.


You can just drill it into your front bumper.

i live in Jersey, and Believe Blake(Driver) they will not stop harassing you if you get rid of it. I too bent the top of the plate and screwed it into the hole in the bumper, looks slick, and real easy and free.

Im just curious beacuase i could of sworn i saw a maxima (same Year with just the plate on teh front bumper...it hadn no fount and the plate was touching the bumper.

Go ghetto style with zip ties...I had to do it for a ticket that I had gotten for improper placement of the license plate.
