What color was in it when you got your ride? Mine was green, so I use green prestone.

so is it o.k. that i switch from the orange stuff to the green stuff? will i have to flush it out completely not just the radiator? Does anyone have a link to where the other drains are located at? guess i'm gonna have to go another couple days with some very dilluted orange antifreeze and high temp duct tape on a hose.

I know it is in the Haynes Manuel on how to do it. It might be in the FAQs as well.

well i'm just asking that if i don't do a complete drain, and just drained the radiator and then just flushed the entire engine with water and drained it and repeated a couple times, if it would be ok because there would still be a little orange left in it when i add the green

To be honest take it to a mechanic who can do this procedure my old man told me about, I dont know the name but I suppose it is as good as a flush basically they use the new stuff to push out the old stuff. Once the fluid coming out is the same color as the stuff going in, you are good to go. This is a real non technical explanation for the procedure. I know they do it with transmission fluid.
