changing clutch ?'s

I need to get a new clutch in my 96 max, and the stock one is what i want to go with, but what all do I need to change while I'm in there? like pressure plate, throwout bearing, etc. and also, where is the cheapest place I can get this at?

Also on another note, as its been very cold outside, my car has been grinding a little when i try and start it. does anyone know if the engine usually stops on a certain place on the flywheel causing just a few teeth to get worn a lot or does the engine stop anywhere it feels like it. I am saying this because on a few old flywheels i have seen, there is one area where the teeth are worn more then others. maybe the flywheel is worn on this car like that? any ideas on that?

maybe a bad gear on the starter?

thanks in advance, Zach
