uh oh.....

pulling in my driveway i noticed a small patch of liquid sitting there. upon further inspection it appears to be oil, but i'm not sure. its brownish in color and the small puddle is right to the left of my passenger front tire. what could it be? the car has drove normally lately, i havent noticed anything except for sometimes i hear like a loud thump or grind coming from the passenger side. also i have no cel except for my ghost knock sensor code, which i have a new one on its way. anyone know?

There are two cups turned over and underneath one cup, there's a stone. I think it's under the left one but the cups are not within arm's reach, does anyone know if the stone might be under the second cup?

You can't troubleshoot your car without looking at it. Put on your thermal pants and go look at it.

I hate the cold weather, can't do much outside.

If it's oil, and just onthe inside of your passenger tire, sounds like a Crank Oil seal. Easy to change, and only a $7 seal.

no, this problem happened on my car....its the oil pressure sender switch....just go to your local auto store and buy one...don't get the nissan oem from the dealer! cause its more expensive and I hear the 3rd party ones last longer....very cheap part like a few bucks and then you need a special socket...also a few bucks...if you read the write up somewhere or a service manual, you could prolly do it yourself....it took me 10 minutes and I have never done it before plus all stuff was like $10 combined with tax if that even...this problem sounds a lot like my problem i had

How can anybody be diagnosing the problem when all that was said is there was some sort of fluid of the ground.

....Sorry if you did not like pocket's response but he is right, you can't get any help without giving more info which means you might have to go outside and look under the car.
