Right Headlight not working

When I started my car today, I saw the blue light in the dash telling me the high beams are on but they weren't so I was wondering what it means. The right headlight does not work since today high beam or not so I don't think the bulb is the problem since it would be a weird coincidence that both filament burned at the same time. Is there a electrical problem?

No I'm just using phillips bluevision and have them on for almost a year...Is there any reason that can cause that or is it really a burnt harness?

Is it a DIY job? I don't know with the electrical stuff but don't want to go to the dealership. How much can I expect at the dealership to replace the harness?

Took you 3 sets of bulbs? Wow.
Mine just stopped working one day and started blowing fuses. Put the stockers back on and everything is fine.

if they are stock wattage then they will be fine. Make sure you don't touch the bulbs with your fingers, that will cause the bulb to BLOW eventually.
