Right now I'm at 85,000 miles, bought the car used at about 75K, as far as I know, nothing has ever been done to maintain the car, and I finally am in a position to get it tuned up right for the first time since I've had it. What is the standard things that need to be done at around this range and what are some easy preventative things do to?

There is some disagreement about what you should do at 60K.
I prefer to do exactly what the book calls for.
That is
- engine oil
- oil filter
- air filter
- coolant
- spark plugs

Other owners like to add services which Nissan does not require at 60K,
such as replacing
- fuel filter
- transmission fluid
- Positive Crankcase Ventilation valve
- accessory drive belts
- brake fluid
- clutch fluid

Have a look at http://integra.vtec.net/geeser/megamax/60k_service.html
