So I did a self diagnosis since my cel came on a few times. Now the screw just keeps turning either way. Now I can't get the self diagnosis to work and its hard to get the screw adjusted so the car will run right. Anybody know anything about this.

Were you turning the screw too hard?

Same thing happened to me, how did you fix it?

I didn't think I was but I must have. There is a cheesy little piece of plastic inside that has a stop on it. I took the computer out(which is the hardest part). Took off the cover to the computer and there will be that switch. Took the cover off of that by bending little retainers to reveal the broken plastic and a little electrical plate. So I super glued the plastic piece and put the electrical plate back where it was and reassembled the computer. I left the computer out and hooked it up to make sure it worked. And I was careful not to fry the computer.
