The clock problem

My clock is not working at all, did anybody have any problems with that?
is there anyway I can fix it my self? I am just wondering, because i could really use it!

Does the radio still work? They both run on the same fuse, so if either isn't working, check the radio fuse

yeah... i have the same problem... my radio works fine but my clock went out on me shortly after i bought the car. if you find out any info maximka pm me. thx

make sure you check the ovious first. like the plug in the back of the clock. also check fuses just to make sure. check the simple things and then go from there.

Yeah, mines on the verg of dying. It turns off and magicaly turns on. I think it has something to do with the cold.

My radio works fine, it's just the clock...
I 've checked the fuse and the plug in the back everything looks fine
But damn it! It doesn't work

As soon as I will find out something, hopefully, I ll post.

why don't you check the 3rd gens forums that's a very coment
problem for them their should be something usedfull there

The clock on my 3rd gen would periodically go out. But for the last 50,000 miles I drove it, simply jabbing the clock would get it to blink back on.

its also a common problem for 4th gens... i took my clock apart down to the circuit board... took apart the wiring harness... still no luck... something on the board must have worn out... i bought a new (used) one a few weeks ago from a company in AR for $35 shipped... if you are interested i'll see if i can dig up who they are... great company to deal with... got it 2 days after i ordered it.
