750rpm when stopped at stoplight?

My max is dropping to 700-750 rpm when stopped. This is after the engine is warm, with it in drive and my foot on the brake. Is the normal? I just cleaned my throttle body so I know thats not the problem.

auto is 700rpm in neutral, 5spd is 650 in neutral. What it is when stopped at a stop light in DRIVE doesn't really matter.

Should say on the bottom of the bonnet/hood/engine bay lid/what ever you call it what is normal for it, or at least it does for mine

Mine stays right at about 600, but I have a 5spd. Mine doesn't vibrate at all at those rpms.
