i got my max the last week of my senior year only got to drive it to high school once....

 

I had a 1993 Lexus ES300. Burgandy & 15" 98' ES300 wheels / Blk interior



After I graduate traded it in for 01' Lexus ES300. But now I have the Max.

 

i had a 91 s13 se with the vlsd... wow that car was awesome... Even though everyone else at school might have had nicer rides, i had the loudest sound system! 3 kicker l7 12's running off two mtx81000d's in a fastback 240. Crashed it the summer after

Well lets see...first part of Junior year...Geo Storm baby! Man...I beat that thing to a pulp lol. Maxed out at 110 lol. That thing was shaken so bad at 50 I'm surprised I pushed it to 110 lol. Then...at the end of Junior year...I got a 1992 Subaru Legacy GT (Turbo). Now that...was a nice car. Power everything including sunroof...had body issues but the engine and turbo worked great until it gave in to 250kmi and broke down in a matter of 2 months (seals started breaking left and right). Then...after sharing my dads truck (92 Chevy 1500 Silverado) for like 4 months...I got my current car (brothers old car)....1997 Nissan Maxima GXE . I love it.

The kids who won class hot rods (girls and guys) had 99 F-150...looked alright...I woulda smoked him. The girl have a Chevy Cavalier...would have devoured her. I dunno why I didn't win .

I graduated in 2005 by the way (this past summer).

First off, thank you god, I now have max.

High School I drove a 1980 Volvo. atleast it was a manual, 4 speed with overdrive. A whole 107hp with a 1/4 mile time of 19.5s @ 72mph. Now it did have 320,000 miles on it at the time. The machine was a beast and never gave me any trouble, I hope the same for my Max.

I fit much better too. Being 6'7'', i don't fit in most sportier cars. I lowered the seat and my head was looking out the back seat window in the Volvo. If i sat up right, head would go out the sunroof. Now there is much more room leg wise.

Good stuff. I graduated last year after having my 3rd vehicle (1995 maxima.) Prior to that though i had a 1986 Ford ranger that back fired everytime i shifted, that was good fun, and then a 1991 Civic that blew up. Good times good times and now i am settled comfortably in with the maxima.

 

Haha...reading about some of these old cars is hilarious!! I might as well add mine to the list:

Silver 1983 Toyota Tercel SR-5, 5 speed hatchback. I got it as a hand me down from my mom. It had 189K miles on it and I drove it literally until the wheels fell off!! (rusted axle joint or something) My boys used to make fun and called it the Franken-mobile cuz I was 6'2", 200 driving that tiny hatch back and it looked like my head was about to stick through the roof. Ah man...that was a long time ago!! (and 8 cars ago!)

 

i'll graduate in 5 months with my max I had a 1994 camry V6 XLE for my junior year, got the max sept. of senior year.

Best car in the lot. For Junior and still attending Senior year. PIMPEN GIRLS in, yup...you guessed it, a MAXIMA.

 

I drove a Yellow 89 Plymouth Sundance. I drove that car for almost 10 years. i graduated in 91.

 

i graduated in 04 with the max, now that i'm in college and broke is when i've just started dipping my toe into the modding waters

This is my high school car. I'm a senior, graduating (hopefully) in june of this year.

 

graduated in 98 and had a 1989 triple black GTA trans am. man i miss that car i love taking girls for a ride....punchin it and having them grab me for dear life....

no joke, my last coulpe yrs of h.s. me and my buddy had skateboards, stright up. 7 or 8 block ride on it when it was nice out of corse. but yea, we tore stuff up, k-grind heelflip out, switch fliping 6 staris, and of corse i had the best nose manuel ever. man i miss those days.

 

First my softmore year i drove the mini van (not the d-100) , got alot of **** for it cuz of its color, some say its purple, i call it midnight blue.

Then junior year i got my 92

and now, senior year, i got my baby

 

i'll be graduating this may from HS and driving the my baby since end of sophomore year....

 

yeah this is an old thread ... I had an 86 monte SS with so much done to it .. had SOOOO much done to it, .... swapped a 350 in it, nothing crazy..bout 300horse... i saw the car about a year ago .. I miss it .. like felix said, so many goooood times, GREAT memories ... gosh anywhere, anytime someone usually wanted to strike up a convo about the monte ... so many girls, it was crazy ... where have all the good times gone ?
