In our yearbook they had a "nicest car" award they would give to a guy and a girl..for the class of '02, it was a guy with a Cougar and a chick with a Mustang V6 Auto, both of which were paid for by mommy and daddy. I hate that stuff. She was hot though, so that sort of makes it okay.

Bought my 1996 Maxima GXE in December of Senior year. Joined the Org a month later. More than two years and 43k miles later, I'm still driving her...

I was unable to dig up any pics.

I had a 1988 Jeep CHerokee Pioneer and quicly traded it for the LIMITED series.

I then got a 1995 Maxima GLE sometime my junior year with 30k miles,
I took it to 121k and got my 97 SE 5speed in 2001.

I graduated from HS in 1997 and Ohio State in 2002.

What country?
When I was in Poland I didn't have a car either. My first one I bought in the states. It was a pearl white '87 Pontiac Fiero. I thought it looked cool back then lol. Now at 6'3", 245 I wonder how did I ever get in that thing...That was just after graduating high school in '94.

All through High School I drove a 1987 Ford Bronco XLT. 302 c.i. of Gas-Guzzling, Oil-Burning fury. Had the muffler cut out, and ran it off of the two Cats with a pipe out the side. Everyone knew my truck, I was the one to call when you were stupid and sank your truck in a mud hole. That was a great way to pay for gas. Anyway, its sitting out for sale right now. I filled up the Max with 93 octane premium gasoline yesterday, the cost was less than half of a full tank of regular crap in the Bronco, 32 Gallon tank+10 MPG=Broke as a Joke now.

N/A...Once upon a time(not really maybe back in april 2003), I used to drive a 1990 300zx. I loved that car but i totalled it racing a camero RS. I was coming home from school. When I saw my friend in his new Camero RS. He thought that he was the shyt in that car, I wanted to prove him wrong. I got up next to him at a red light. We took off, side by side. Then I started taking off from him(bout two car length from him) and i started laughting. Unfortunately,I didn't watch the road, the street cruved and I ran into a barrier around a sharp corner doing about 50mph. I won the race easily but I ended up losing in the end. Well, not really an end, just a wild end to a new beginning...

Bought it myself, no daddy or mummy. Actually immigrated to the US 3 years ago (had known English though), parents still live in Belarus.
Took a loan and bought it used, never regreted a moment I did it.

Wow dude. I gotta say, thats by far the cleanest CRX I've ever seen. It's also the first one Ive ever liked. Mad props.

Im a junior in HS, and I drive my 1995 Maxima auto. Everyone loves my car. It was bought by my parents, but I am paying them back for it. I love the car, and so does everyone at my school. I constantly get complements, and it's one of the quickest cars at my school. There are still the muscle car guys, but they dont care about anything else. There's one guy at my school with a fully restored 69 Camaro SS. It's got the original factory tires and rims, complete with an 8-track player. The car is immaculate. It's his daily driver too.

Driving the same car since sophmor year in HS

I'm still using the same '99 max from highschool for college and its still running like it just rolled off the showroom floor, although I beat on it now and then.
I didn't start modding untill I got out of HS but now with an Intake and custom exhaust the gains are noticable.
Im planning on adding a 60 shot wet nos kit this summer hopefully my tranny will hold together.

What's up Zamorskii. What part of Belarus are you from? I came here in 1990 from there. It's been a long time.

Didn't even have a car until I was 19. Oddly enough, my 2nd car was a Porsche 944 Turbo. Got caught on the NYS Thruway at 140+. Went directly to j***. Once you've owned a German car, it doesn't matter how many years you drive Japanese (7 with the 98 SE), it will never compare. Hoping to be back on the wagon in 2k6.......330i sport package come to me......

Seeing as I sorta smashed up the 1998 Maxima GLE my parents had bought for me to drive, my senior year was spent driving my parents' 1995 chevy blazer or 2003 Subaru Forester. Not as cool as the Max but I'm fortunate I always had something to drive!

When I went to grade 12 (1969) not many students had their own car except for the rejects that came back to get grade 12 after a year or so working. I lived in a small town, but a few miles from the school. My dad quite often let me drive his 1967 Mustang. It was a 2-door, red with a black vinyl roof. It had a 390 with 320 hp. If it could have told stories I would have had to shoot it, lol!

graduated in 94. had a monte ss, white with red scallops in the front. 355 chevy 4 bolt main, 11:1 compression, headers with 2 chamber flowmasters, turbo 350 trans with a shift kit, 3200 stall converter, a 373 posi rear. i was honored when the photo staff saw me in the auto shop and asked me to cut my next class to take pics of me and my friends outside of school next to my car. those days will never be replaced.

he recently bought a new engine, 4.9 liter i believe over at georgia for around $300 but the cool thing is, it was rebuilt in 1997. he already took the old one out and gettin ready to put the new one in this friday.
i see him sometimes on the way to school. i just give him a little maxi rev and pass by him.

Class of 2003. I bought a 1984 Volkswagen Scirocco half way through my senior year and loved that car to death. It was just too unreliable for a poor high school student and I had to sell it. Moved on to a 1995 Geo Prizm LSi, until I bought my Maxima in June 2004.

the 98 max that i have now is my first car, and im graduating this year....i love it, but its probably the cheapest out of my friends cars. This is what my best friends are driving in no particular order: 02 ML 55, 04 Bmw 645, 04 G35 Coupe, 01 SL 600, 02 C32 AMG, 01 GS400, 02 IS300, 96 Supra TT, 93 300zx TT, 01 M3, 03 RX-8. None of them are over 21 and all are bought by their parents except the GS400, the Supra and the ML 55

i may have the "worst" car but im the proudest of my ride coz i payed for it entirely myself and i pay for insurance, gas and to maintain it
