Cost of a black leather conversion?

Hey, i have the tan interior and I want black. Anybody done it? How long does it take and how much does it hyrt?

It can and I think it has been done. Your best bet is to hang around the for sale forums and look for people parting our their car. It's a fairly big task considering you need to gut the interior including the dash.

yeah, that's deffinitly one of my favourite maxima's, it's very clean, and has everything i want. And i would go with the infiniti interior like he did.

go to www.car-part.com and you can find a black dashboard for around $150. i was told to pick up some interior paint called "G2"...that can be used to dye the airbag (if your's is tan/brown like mine).

Hey, you can just paint the dash with this paint called "Colorcoat" by SEM. It's specially made for vinyl. I used it when I did my interior conversion and it looks great. Oh and I paid 900 for the full interior (too much) but then sold my old tan one for 300 so I really only paid 600 for everything. Good luck and if you have any questions feel free to ask me.
