Quick Question

Lately ive noticed, when im stopped at a light, or anywhere where the tranny is in drive and im on the brakes, i notice a slight vibration and sometimes there will be a slight jerk like every 30 seconds. I can feel/hear it like under the dash almost, like its coming from the middle of the car where the tranny would be, I still have my powertrain warranty left and im thinking of getting my car checked out. When I put it in neutral, this all goes away. Could it be the torque converter?? Any thoughts? Or am I just paranoid and this isnt anything to worry about?

a misfire would throw a CEL right? I got a CEL last week (still on) and i had a feeling that since i'm past 60K on the original plugs, that they could be starting to fail........
