what you do is -

buy some good high temp silver paint (duplicolor) 1,400 degree works good

take your bulb out

mask off the metal with tape

lightly spray the glass bulb - just lightly leaving it a speckle finnish.(hold can far away and just do light fast passes)

let dry,

install and thats it. the amber will shine through the silver speckle paint job.
