if you did it yourself, you can double check it at Autozone for F R E E.

Well that's what you get for wasting money on a race pipe. Check the codes yourself and tell us what the code is. Maybe the one of the O2 sensors? I know mine went right after I had the ypipe installed. They were messed up and the y-pipe just sent them over the edge.

I will be installing a y-pipe of sorts this weekend and I hope I don't get any codes.

You should not have any problems.. The car feels much better with the Ypipe very hard to stall now shakes less for me now aswell since I have a Fidanza + ACT clutch I did see a very good improvement Have not taken My car over 5.5k yet but it must be very nice heh

and it sounds better too.

The test pipe makes the car LOSE power. It's like 1hp and 1tq. Even if it gained any power you wouldn't feel it so it's in your head. Also how can you say it's the test pipe that gave power when you're comparing your stock MAX to one with a y-pipe and test pipe?

the race pipe is just a pipe compared to a stock pipe that holds your power in. Why do you think you can pass emissions with the stock pipe? and with a race pipe you cant..

You cant pass emmisions.. True.. But I have a full proof plan my friend, emissions time roles arround and I get under my car and unbolt the race pipe and attach the CAT back on.. take it, get it inspected and put the race pipe back on.
