Need advise - Vibration

My car is vibrating noticeably between 60 and 80 mph. To me the problem is getting very difficult to nail down because I introduced too many changes within an 8 week period. Hopefully someone can help me see the light.

First, I had new calipers and rotors put on the rear. I noticed the vibration then and they made sure the rotors were balanced. The vibration wasn’t as bad, however we noticed one of the struts were bad. I changed all 4 struts, KYB with after market mounts. The vibration was still there so I figured that it was the tires. There was some minor cupping in 2 of the tires. So I figured get new tires since they were at the 40,000 mark.

Well, new tires and the situation seemed to get worse. With a clanking sound in the front right I had this strut changed, tires balanced a third time and the vibration is still there. I moved the fronts to the back and the vibration was still there so I am at a loss now.

Could it be the new tires?
Could the rear rotors cause this much vibration?

The only good news in this whole scenario is the FSB. Installed with the new struts and it is entirely a different car in the corners.
