It may be illegal to spray paint the lenses, unless it was tint spray.

Those lenses are just smoked.

They are not JDM...

the lenses are not smoked. i bought these, and basically the turn signal still has some shiny plastic in it and the rest of them both are painted black on the plastic, not on the lens.

That looks sooo nice, I want to have my lights the exact same way. Too bad the headlights are so expensive, that's what's holding me back.

i think those blacked out ones would look really good on a darker car (black or green), other than that, go with the clears.

geo, your car is da bomb!

They look great if you have your headlights AEd, etc. Too bad my left corner lense is full of condensation.

Yep, the housing surrounding the lense where the turnsignal reflector is is a dark shiny plastic.

I've always felt that AE headlights on dark cars made for a clean look.

edit: sucks about your car man...I remember looking at your cardomain a couple weeks ago and thinking it looked very

funny story: when i purchased DC clears from those morons at CM the first set they sent me didn't have the reflective coating on the inside, it was just the gray plastic the housing is made of. after about a month of yelling at them over the phone i finally got them to send me a good set, which got there like 6 weeks later. anyhow, i still have those unfinished ones sitting in my garage. i think i'm gonna try painting the inside of the housing black like the ones discussed in this thread... so, does anyone know how to pull the lens off of those lights? could i just use a heatgun / oven to heat them up and then seperate them?
